About ECC

Engineering Consultancy and Construction Pvt. Ltd. builds homes in Bhubaneswar and provides engineering consultancy for civil works across Odisha.

Who we are

For about ten years, ECC has built homes in Bhubaneswar and worked as an engineering consultancy for civil works.

As a developer and builder, we deliver residential projects such as Arride Palace in Bhagabanpur. As consultants, our engineers plan, design, estimate and monitor quality on dams, barrages, bridges, roads, multi-storey buildings and other water-resources and urban-development structures.

All our work is backed by the experience of two structural engineers with 30 years in the field. We see ECC as more a family than a business: we listen to what our customers want, and we build to it.

    We meet you or your department, visit the site and agree what the work has to achieve.

  2. Proposal

    You get the scope, the deliverables, a timeline and a fixed fee.

  3. Design and estimate

    We carry out the surveys, analysis, design, drawings and estimates.

  4. Review and approval

    We take your comments and the authorities’ through to approved drawings.

  5. Support during construction

    Quality checks, site visits and answers to the contractor’s questions until completion.
