Engineering Consultancy and Construction Pvt. Ltd ("ECC", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the choices you have, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, phone number and, if you give them, your email address, project type, location, budget range, preferred site-visit date and message.
• Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address (to stop spam), and standard request logs kept by our hosting provider for security.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor statistics.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange site visits or consultations you ask for.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, under contract and only for these purposes: our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and our email delivery provider, which forwards enquiries to our team.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you,
• correct or update it,
• delete it, or withdraw your consent,
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
