We prepare detailed estimates from the drawings: quantities measured item by item, rates analysed from the current schedule of rates and market prices, and an abstract of cost that a department, bank or contractor can check line by line.

For tenders we prepare the bill of quantities and the specifications. During construction we can check contractors’ bills against the work actually measured on site.
